Our webshop is aimed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 1 (1) No. 1 KSchG. For contracts between entrepreneurs, there is no statutory right of cancellation or right of withdrawal under the Distance and Off-Premises Transactions Act (FAGG). The FAGG applies exclusively to contracts between entrepreneurs and consumers; B2B transactions are not covered by it.

Orders are only permitted if you are an entrepreneur (e.g., company, public authority, association). We reserve the right to request appropriate verification (e.g., VAT ID number, commercial register excerpt) and to reject or cancel orders placed by consumers.

Irrespective of the B2B exclusion, the following applies: for custom-made products and fully rendered services, no right of cancellation typically exists even in the B2C sector; in the B2B sector, none applies in any case. (This notice is provided for transparency, as we frequently deliver project-specific services.)

A contractual right of withdrawal or return is not granted unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing in individual contracts.

These provisions pertain exclusively to cancellation/withdrawal. Statutory warranty rights and liability provisions in B2B transactions remain unaffected – details are governed by our GTC.
